CNC Processing

Magnetic Shields can offer a range of CNC controlled equipment linked to a state of the art CAD/CAM System allowing efficient production of both one off components or large series production runs. Our equipment includes two lasers, a new 2500 watt LVD Orion cutting laser capable of cutting up to 8mm thick in Nickel alloys and a Ferranti laser of 1500watts which has been adapted to offer clients the possibility of laser welds.

We also have a twenty-turret punch press and a variety of other automatic and semi automatic bending and shaping equipment.

Our CAD System allows us to accept drawings by electronic transmission in virtually every common format. In addition we can produce three dimensional prototype drawings for customers and nest the final designs for maximum efficiency of material usage.
