In addition to manufacturing shielding components, Magnetic Shields can offer a high quality precision sheet metal service.
Many of our shielding customers utilise this service for other components that they may require.
Our skilled personnel are equally at home working with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper as they are with nickel based alloys.
Our spacious workshop has all the necessary equipment, including our own tool room to produce top quality products every time. We have an extensive range of materials on site in our bonded store enabling us to meet the critical lead times our customers require.
With a team of skilled welders Magnetic Shields is able to offer a wide range of welding services including; MIG, TIG, Microplasma and Micropulse TIG.Utilising the latest welding technology it is now possible to routinely weld materials down to 0.2mm in thickness.
